Eric Lister leads panel on Physician Integration at Barclays Capital 2010 Healthcare Summit

On June 16, 2010, Dr. Lister chaired a panel including senior leaders from the Ochsner, Carle, and Robert Wood Johnson healthcare systems.  The audience included leaders of numerous other provider systems, representatives of the bond rating agencies, and members of the not-for-profit investment community.  It became very clear to the audience that “physician integration” can mean many things, and that the integration model chosen has significant ramifications for long term organizational success.   Dr. Lister’s introductory comments included Ki Associates Sustainability Checklist, a tool for analyzing the impact of any given integration model on long-term strategic success.
